But one quality we’re most known for – and most proud of – is our unique flavors and topping combinations. To start our series of menu spotlights, we figured we’d highlight one of our distinctive pizzas: the Tiki Tan.
What is the Tiki Tan?
While delicious, the Tiki Tan is a customer and crew favorite for the avid pizza adventurer. Creamy sriracha, zesty pepperoni, and tangy feta are rounded out with cilantro, red onion, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese. Equal parts spicy and savory, the Tiki Tan is a balancing act based on contradiction.
Its flavors are at once warm (the sriracha, pepperoni, and red onion) and cooling (the feta, tomatoes, and cilantro). It’s refreshing and light, yet filling and satisfying all the same. It’s a flavor combo that raises the eyebrows of the uninitiated, but after your first taste, your mouth waters for more.
What makes the Tiki Tan such a favorite is not just its weirdness, but it’s the hallmark of our pizza philosophy. We love experimenting with interesting flavors, and this kind of pizza can’t be found anywhere else.

With the heat coming off the Tiki Tan and its toppings, you’re sure to be thirsty. The Tiki Tan pairs nicely with any lager or amber beer. If you’re looking for specifics, try it with our Low Tide Haze IPA or the Skookum Jackass IPA.

Because the Tiki Tan is defined by balance, it was a challenge to come up with recommendations for how to further customize the Tiki Tan. However, we did our best to share a few options you might enjoy:
- You can never go wrong with adding more bacon to this pizza. The extra smokiness and saltiness complement the cooler flavors well without being overpowering.
- If you’re a sufferer of the cilantro-tastes-like-soap phenomenon, swap out cilantro with spinach for some extra green goodness.
